Erus Energy is looking for a Service Technician/Electrician in Phoenix to manage customer service requests for solar energy systems. We are looking to fill this position with someone who is motivated, dependable, and has a can-do/will-do attitude. Responsibilities: Service electrical systems that interconnect our solar array to the gird power of our customer's residential property Manage all on-site installations, repairs, maintenance and test tasks Actively work towards common goal of improving the tools and processes associated with exceptional installations Manage the comprehensive customer experience Other tasks and duties as needed. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of residential experience. Minimum 1 year of solar service experience Must be resourceful and able to troubleshoot and communicate any identified issues independently. Must be highly organized and punctual Comfortable working with a variety of technologies and equipment - mobile device applications and laptop software.
