Direct Mail Solutions is a full service mail and fulfillment company located in Richmond, Virginia. DMS is seeking Machine Operators , who are responsible for running Mail & Inserter Machines. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Set up and run jobs for the Pitney Bowes FlowMaster. Identify ways to take proper corrective action and expedite opeartional status of the FlowMaster. Provide Support in areas necessary to maximize productivity. Trouble Shoot minor equipment failures. Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities: Three years prior work experience in a production environment. Two years previous machine operator experience. Basic Computer Skills. Willing to learn and eager to succeed. Ability to pay attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Willing to work overtime as it is needed. This is a fulltime position. Core shift hours are: Day Shift - (3) Days a week, 6:00am 7:30pm Night Shift - (4) Days a week, 7:30pm- 6:00am Only applications with completed recent resumes (explaining gaps in employment) will be considered.
