Description:
The Service Express Dispatcher supports the operations across all resort brands including Front Desk, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Rent Ready departments for Rentyl, part of NDM Hospitality. This is position works in a call center environment with inbound calls from Guests at our properties. The primary function of the role is to assist our Guests with a variety of requests and effectively communicate/dispatch to partners in the field. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Dispatching work requests and correspondence for multiple departments across multiple brands Assist Guests with processing additional service requests Perform administrative tasks to ensure a professionally sound operation network and paper document filing, data entry, purchasing, etc . General Requirements Always maintain a warm and friendly demeanor Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and Guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees, homeowners, and Guests Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to satisfy Guest needs efficiently Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the company Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming Must be able to understand and apply complex information from various sources to meet appropriate objectives Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information Must be able to show initiative, including anticipating Guest or operational needs, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel, property management, or customer service based profession preferred Excellent customer service skills on the phone is required Experience in a call center environment is preferred Ability to be a self-starter and innovate new processes is essential Having a maintenance and or housekeeping background is a plus Experienced with Microsoft Office Software is a plus Knowledge of property management systems is a plus Job Posted by ApplicantPro
