WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A MEMBER SERVICES CONCIERGE - RECEPTIONIST As a Member Services Concierge - Receptionist, you have a wide range of daily responsibilities that keep you on your toes! One minute you are answering the phone and fielding member inquiries, and the next, you're greeting members as they come through the door or assisting with store purchases. In addition, you post daily events in the lobby, upkeep the Member Café, and stock and refill refreshments. A go-getter, you also sort mail, add events to the association calendar, and even assist with granting members electronic access to the building. It's a fast-paced job with plenty of variety, but you're up to the task. You enjoy being the first point of contact for our members and making everyone feel at home! YOUR SCHEDULE This customer service position typically works Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm . However, this position can be either full-time or part-time. WOULD YOU BE A GREAT MEMBER SERVICES CONCIERGE - RECEPTIONIST?? The knowledge and skills required for the position are the following: 3+ years of customer service experience Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior experience with an association management system would be a plus.
