See what we do and the brand we are growing: The S-E-A Brand Job Duties & Responsibilities: Top Priority is to learn the Company and the people in the Columbus office. You cannot sell what (who) you do not know Work alongside the Columbus Business Development team and East Region Director to grow new business and develop relationships in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania Attend local, regional, and national client meetings, conferences, and industry events Proactively conduct marketing and sales independently to identify new leads while cross collaborating with the national sales team and marketing coordinators Attend and host marketing events Evaluate new markets through marketing, client meetings, and industry knowledge Create and execute sales strategy to ensure an excellent customer experience Serve as a resource to clients with inquiries, needs and/or problems Maintain positive, professional, helpful, friendly relationships with all colleagues and clients Other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required Three (3) or more years of post-academic customer facing sales experience, service industry preferred but work experience while in school is considered Ability to drive a vehicle to client meetings Insurance, legal or risk management background a plus Exceptional interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal. Authentic relationships are key to our success Knowledge of customer relationship management systems desired (Salesforce). Physical Requirements: Ability to travel overnight 25% of the time Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues through multiple channels Ability to lift 40 lbs.
