The Outside Sales Representative is overall responsible for Selling Dennis Moffitt Painting's services to the public as to generate a quality product for the customer and profit for the company. This role is responsible for cultivating sales from new and existing customers using a disciplined process for qualifying and selling , and subject matter expertise for estimating and bidding. The acquisition of new accounts is achieved by using professional standards in running leads generated by Marketing, as well as self-generated leads from networking, trade show follow up, and other business development activity. This Outside Sales Representative has a potential to earn in their first year, a competitive wage of $80,000 to $120,000 . QUALIFICATIONS FOR A OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Solid Sales Metrics Accurate with bidding jobs to ensure profitability Contribution to the sales team through participation in team goals Experience with CRM systems Experience with Estimating software and other technologies as necessary Presentation skills Organizational skills Independent Influential and Persuasive Competitive, Goal-Driven and Pressure Oriented Authorized to work in the US KEY RESULT AREAS FOR A OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Business Development Coordination and Scheduling Customer Service Estimating Project Profitability Sales Effectiveness Sales Efficiency Teamwork This role will be responsible for decisions that are more immediate and not long reaching. Does this customer want what I'm selling? What is the customer's pain? What is the customer's budget and decision process? Should I close on the spot or set up a follow up appointment? What's the best use of my time to prospect? What networking group should I join? How can I best fill gaps in the schedule? How can I best overcome the customer's objections? How will I get my price?
