You're the customers' first point of contact, so we rely on you for quality service and decision-making. On a day-to-day basis, you organize, prioritize, and equally divide incoming customer orders to available field technicians, and your organization skills serve you well as you evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job. In addition to dispatching calls and orders, you work directly with customers by taking service calls! Your friendly disposition, sincerity, and helpful attitude aid you in effectively utilizing your customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing services and products that best meet their needs. DISPATCHER / CSR QUALIFICATIONS Relevant customer service experience Valid driver's license and clean background check Any dispatch experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!
