Job Description: As a Customer Care Billing Specialist, you will be maintaining compliance and billing functions on our Customer Care team. You will proactively reach out to customers to acquire and process payments, discuss payment agreements and resolutions, and ensure accuracy of payment processing, all while providing an excellent customer experience.
