Winters Recreation has a mission to provide the best possible service, products and services to our customers through quality carts & customer service. Winters Recreation is looking for a full time Finishing Technician, the expectations of this position will be full time working 40 hours a week Monday thru Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and one Saturday per month from 8 am - 12 pm. Starting Wage $18 plus per hour. As a Finishing Technician you will be responsible for performing all aspects of the final product of the golf cart to ensure customer satisfaction. Golf Carts can be custom ordered which may include adding speakers, additional lights, change of tires etc. This Finishing Technician position will require the individual who can be creative and make decisions on designing a new look, select colors and making selections that are appealing to customers. Must be capable of working independently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety at all times. Tools are provided through Winters Recreation. Benefits after 60 days include Health, dental, and vision insurances, after 90 days paid holidays, paid time off, and employer matched 401K. Duties and Responsibilities: Servicing golf carts: basic tune-ups, oil changes, battery maintenance Electric golf cart trouble shooting: Acid, AGM, Lithium Gas engine golf cart tune-ups and troubleshooting: Carb, EFI Chassis or body damage repairs or upgrades Install of wheels/tires, lift kits, wiring lights & electronics, etc. Partake in ongoing certifications and training as requested by management Ability to self-direct and self-monitor quality of work performed Possess a solid work ethic and have a high standard for yourself and respect for others Work in computer system Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Technical knowledge for Gas and Electric troubleshooting Excellent communication skills Work well independently, Eagerness to learn Basic computer knowledge to operate service & install software Efficient providing timely repairs Credentials and Experience: Previous experience required, experience with operating welding equipment is beneficial Job Posted by ApplicantPro
