El Concilio California is in search of a dedicated applicant to fulfill a position as a Program Manager. This program manager will be responsible for overseeing staff in a few grant-based programs within El Concilio California. The following programs under this position are SJC Teeth program, Impact 2020 Latinx Grandparents Initiative program, and the Comprando Rico y Sano program. The Program Manager will be supervising day-to-day operations and provide instruction to their staff in the respected programs. The Program Manager must maintain appropriate documentation of services provided, maintain budget parameters, and complete required reports for Board of Directors and grant funders. The Program Manager will require full understanding of program missions and goals to best serve families and community members. Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related field with 2-4 years of experience in a managerial position is highly preferred; An Associate's Degree in Social Sciences or related field with 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position is highly preferred; A high school diploma with 4-6 years of experience is required in lieu of a degree. Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt Requirements: Bilingual - English - Spanish Benefits: Insurance: All full-time employees enjoy fully paid medical, dental and accidental life insurances. Leave: El Concilio offers PTO (Personal Time-Off) benefits as well as 13 paid holidays per year to all permanent employees. Part-time employees' leave benefits are prorated.
