Senior Talent Development Specialist As a Senior Talent Development Specialist, you will focus on improving the knowledge, skills and abilities of Precision Strip associates at all our 15 locations. You will oversee the strategy, design and implementation of the Talent Management and Learning programs to support internal mobility and our promote-from-within culture. This includes building and executing the processes of talent reviews, performance management, and succession planning. This position will be based out of our Minster, OH location. Work You Will Do · Provide professional expertise in the design, development and implementation talent development programs · Ensure alignment of all training and performance management activities with the Precision Strip Competency Model · Implement a succession planning strategy to establish strong internal bench strength for all key and critical positions across the organization · Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultations with managers · Develop programs and processes that support the transfer of knowledge and technical expertise at all levels to prepare us for the talent needs of the future · Provide expertise over the design, implementation and facilitation of internal training · Manage the technologies required to develop and deliver training, including the Learning Management System · Provide leadership over the Performance Management process Attributes of Top Performers Able to stay organized and on-track; works fluently in the details while keeping focused on the big picture Writes clear and effective communications to a variety of stakeholders Proactively takes initiative without needing prompted Stays flexible for when priorities quickly change Collaborates effectively with others across functions Has a high customer service orientation - highly responsive, strong interpersonal and communication skills, driven to deliver great results Embraces technology Willingness to travel to our other locations as required Possess a bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or equivalent.
