Counter Sales Associate Counter sales associates play an important role on the Customer Experience Team at The SplitRock Group. Your role is help in the development of relationships by providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company at an entry level position. Duties and Responsibilities Provide an excellent customer experience by assisting customers in person, on the phone, and via email. Process customer transactions from start to finish by entering orders accurately and receiving payment. Communicate with the team answer customer questions and fulfill orders Attend daily team huddles Requirements High School Diploma/GED is preferred Team players only Willingness to learn Positive Attitude Reliable Available to work Saturday during peak season Compensation $16-$18/hr Overtime above 40 hours Performance Bonus Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance + 401k *The SplitRock Group is an equal opportunity employer
