A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING WARRANTY MANAGER In this skilled trade position, you are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our customers' warranty claims. Each day, you work closely with our customers, field techs, and office staff to ensure all claims are filed accurately and promptly. When a customer's warranty needs to be assessed, you call the customer to schedule a time to take care of the issue at their convenience. Using your industry experience, you also provide troubleshooting assistance and plumbing services while on-site. You love using your skills to provide excellent customer service and quality work to our customers ! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING WARRANTY MANAGER Plumbing experience Excellent customer service skills The ability to resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Do you have impeccable communication skills?
