Job Requirements: Working under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, this position will coordinate all maintenance activities. This position will also provide leadership and guidance on effective operation of the maintenance management work requests system. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Follows all plant safety rules to ensure safety of self and others. Performing daily maintenance checks and to assist maintenance when needed. Organizes all pertinent parts and PPE. Attend all morning production meetings to verify equipment availability for all maintenance work requested and to communicates with other supervisors to find out about equipment problems. Ensures parts, materials, and tools are appropriately requisitioned and purchased to complete planned jobs. Tracks and reports on appropriate metrics to monitor and improve maintenance performance and plant reliability. Additional Comments: Must have a valid driver's license. Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent. Technical degree preferred or combination of education and experience. Computer experience with basic format, window's base applications as well as specialized MRP system software, Epicor Vantage Must have a passion for driving excellence, detail, effective verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, ability to organize and retrieve information, and to handle people tactfully and effectively in situations involving various educational and employment levels. Willing and able to wear required PPE (personal protective equipment) such as steel toe shoes, face shields, and arc protective clothing.
