Training opportunities for career growth, industry certifications, and advancement Benefits: 70% company paid Medical Insurance W/ low Deductibles Dental Insurance Vison Insurance Life Insurance Short Term Disability 6 Paid Holidays 401K W/ Company Match Tuition Reimbursement Paid Vacation Take home company van & gas card Company uniform / phone / vehicle Position: HVAC Service Field Supervisor / Trainer Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00 pm, some weeknights and weekends available Essential Job Function: Oversee the efficiency and mentoring of the service technicians regarding revenue, maintenance agreement sales, lead generation and other service-related goals Making sure all service technicians are properly trained Answers field service questions Diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment failures and customer home comfort issues Works with Service Manager on ideas for reducing the costs of the service department Models how to correctly select the appropriate diagnostic and repair charges from the flat rate book per company policy Communicating information to Service Manager if service repair times are not accurate in the flat rate books Maintain required levels of truck stock items Follow-up with clients on Technician recommendation Using Service Titan daily, our cloud based CRM Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license & insurable driving record 5 years HVAC field experience Journeyman license EPA universal 3 years related experience in customer service Advanced communication skills with service technicians and other team members Experienced with communicating repair and replacement options Computer experience Comfortable with new technology Develop and maintain training schedule Perform in house/field training Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices Ability to perform load calculations Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques NATE Certifications desired Able to lift 50 lbs.
