INTERMOUNTAIN FARMERS ASSOCIATION , a regional agricultural cooperative, is seeking qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Inventory Control - Branch Support at the Corporate Office in Salt Lake City, Utah. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with corporate and branch management to deliver effective and accurate inventory. Conduct regular branch visits in a timely and professional manner. Provide onsite training and procedural updates to 35 branches throughout the intermountain region including retail stores, agronomy plants, animal feed manufacturing facilities and a central distribution center. Deliver personalized and effective training to each branch. Conduct cycle count audits and observe activities to confirm effectiveness of training and compliance with inventory control procedures. Provide feedback on both the success of the training and any suggestions to improve training materials. Provide feedback and suggestions for procedural changes. Assist with other training and audit activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience teaching both online and in person. Experience working with management to improve inventory effectiveness. Ability to travel and work remotely - expected to spend 50% of time away from the corporate office. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
