As a full- or part-time Restaurant Manager / Lead Cook, you are vital to the operations of our juice bar! The role you play is multifaceted as you oversee and captain our food line during rush hours. Always organized, you prioritize maintaining productivity and a positive team environment as you manage our operations. When you work opening and closing shifts, you follow our established timelines, including opening and closing daily registers. As you work in the kitchen, you strictly adhere to our food safety and sanitation guidelines. You provide world-class customer service as you engage with our guests. When new employees are hired, you manage their training. Always attentive to detail, you manage our inventory, make prep lists, and put in orders. You take pride in the part you play in our success! WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR RESTAURANT MANAGER / LEAD COOK Food service experience Food handler's permit Leadership skills ServeSafe certification (preferred) Restaurant management experience is preferred but not required.
