The Behavioral Health Home (BHH) team at Woodfords Family Services is searching for a qualified Clinical Supervisor to join their growing team of dedicated professionals! This is a full-time position located at our administrative offices in Westbrook, ME! Who We Are Woodfords Family Services is a nonprofit organization that's been committed to the support and inclusion of people with special needs and their families in Maine communities for over 55 years! Today, the organization provides an array of clinical, behavioral health and educational programs to more than 2,000 children, youth and adults living with autism, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses across the state of Maine. Position Summary The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical oversight within the BHH and Community Case Management Programs. You will be an integral part of a team that's responsible for working with children with disabilities and their families to provide support, advocacy, and direct linkage to services that encourage and promote family empowerment and self-sufficiency. A high level of organization, communication, and human relation skills is imperative in this position. Key elements of this role include: Providing regular clinical support to community case managers through field, group and individual supervision and ongoing as needed Providing clinical support to families as needed. Attending consumer Treatment Team Meetings as needed Reviewing Treatment Plans and consumer files and providing clinical insight and feedback to case managers. Schedule & Compensation Full-time (40hrs.), Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm. $55,000 salaried - commensurate with experience. $1,500 bonus at 6-months of hire! Qualifications Must possess a Masters Degree in Social Work with LMSW/C or LCSW preferred. Must possess at least (4) four years experience in the field. Must be knowledgeable about regulatory guidelines. Must possess a valid State of Maine driver's license and have use of a personal vehicle.
