This is a work experience position directly responsible to and reporting to the Executive Assistant who oversees the program, and the Department Manager/Director as assigned. This position will assist with administrative tasks and duties, assigned projects, and may help serve our members directly. This is a non-exempt position. The current needs for the intern are primarily project based working as a team to digitize records and index them for future access and retrieval. The student intern will work up to 15 hours per week during the school week and may work up to 40 hours per week during non-school weeks.
