Locally owned and operated Residential HVAC company is hiring an In-home sales professional! This is an in-home, energy efficiency and HVAC residential replacement sales position, all installations are completed by our highly trained employees. We are Trane Comfort Specialist and BPI Certified Professionals. Position: In-home Sales / Comfort Advisor Pay: $200, 000 per year potential earning. Uncapped commission sales & bonuses Pay Type: Exempt Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Able to work evenings and/or weekends during peak seasons. Benefits: Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Health Insurance 401K with match Company uniform / vehicle / gas card Continuing Education Essential Job duties: Going into residential homes and meeting with homeowners, by appointment Completing energy audits and evaluating HVAC systems, and indoor air quality needs of customer Closing sales Physically going into the spaces where current HVAC & duct systems are located Taking photos, load calculations, and notes and other detailed information needed for installation crew Delivering excellent customer service and actively listening to customers' needs Closing sales Follow up with customer during process from start to installation completion Qualifications & Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record In home sales in construction / HVAC or similar industry Able to consult with customers in their homes Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and some Adobe Acrobat Proficient with computers skills Basic prior knowledge of general building methods, insulation, HVAC, and energy-efficient upgrades Excellent communication, customer service and follow-up skills! Ability to adapt to different personalities and listen, SALES come from listening to the customer and SOLVING their problems Ability to handle objections Able to physically crawl in tight spaces, specifically in hot attics, for about 15-20 minutes at a time, 2-3 times per day Able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times per day Hiring immediately for an appointment generator.
