miRX is currently seeking a Temporary - Pharmacy Clerk to join the team! miRX is a pharmacy that handles mail in orders. The Pharmacy Clerk assists with a variety of clerical and routine duties related to supporting miRx. The Pharmacy Clerk will be available 10am-5pm Monday - Friday. Position Location: 993 S. 24 th St. W., Suite A Billings, MT 59102 Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operations Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) as required by HIPAA Assist Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists as necessary to ensure efficient production Verify orders on prescriptions (names, number of orders per bag, etc.) Customer Service Provide great customer service and role model service standards Must possess basic mathematic skills for processing customer transactions at register Answers the telephone and direct calls to appropriate person Acts as a role model in demonstrating the core values in customer service delivery Quality Assurance Serves on committees, work groups, and/or process improvement teams to assist in improving quality/customer satisfaction Recognizes and alerts appropriate member of the Executive Team of trends that fall outside of quality parameters Performs self-quality monitoring in order to develop and execute plans to meet established goals Provides ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance Collaborates with others to improve or streamline procedures. Develops new or improves current internal processes to improve quality Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the profession by participation in organization memberships; attendance at meetings or seminars; reading journals; complying with National Standards in order to maintain professional competency and proficiency Required Experience / Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Pharmacy experience Preferred Experience working in a fast-paced office environment Demonstrated organizational skills, problem-solving, analytical skills and detail oriented Strong written and oral communication skills Working knowledge of computers and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office products Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines Want to see our latest job opportunities?
