Gunnison is seeking an energetic and dedicated Cornerstone LMS pro to support our federal customer. Location: Remote The Cornerstone LMS Developer will update and refresh the front end of the customer's current Learning Management System to create an elegant and intuitive user experience. The objective is to create a custom modern home page and sub-pages to implement on the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) with user-friendly functionality for customer staff to easily navigate resources that meet their needs. Required Qualifications: Solid understanding of web design fundamentals, web frontend development, and experience implementing custom web design within a cloud-based SAS solution. Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) preferred. Must have experience with the Cornerstone Learning Management System platform and user friendly, responsive, interactive, and engaging websites. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with but not limited to the following: elected officials, senior staff, information systems professionals and non-technical users. Must demonstrate previous work with CSOD in web design, web front-end development and/or cloud-based SAS solution. Proven ability to identify and proactively address problems/potential risks and implement timely solutions. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across multiple functions. Ability to operate effectively in team environment. Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and competing priorities. Strong facilitation and presentation skills Demonstrated successful change management capabilities related to the scope of the project. Organization and attention to detail; professional communication (written and verbal) abilities. Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. *This position is contingent on contract award to Gunnison Consulting. Why Join Gunnison ?
