As a premier dealer group, we continue to provide the best buying experience and we need YOU to accompany us and join our growing successful family!Clay Cooley Volkswagen of Park Cities is currently looking to add an experienced, skilled, and certified Technician who can perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to specialized areas of repair.Job Duties: Performs work as outlined on the Technician's Repair Order in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. Tests components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. Diagnoses the cause of any malfunction and performs repair; Technician connects with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts. Communicates with Service Advisor if additional work is needed, if work outlined is unnecessary, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time. Ensures customers' vehicles are kept clean. Technician will notify Service Advisor of any changes to the appearance or condition of the vehicle. Understands, acknowledges, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc. Job Requirements: Automotive Technician knowledge/experience required. Pay is based on experience. Certifications, Licenses, and registrations required.
