Up to $17.00/hour, Full-Time, 1st shift or 2nd shift, weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays Do you desire an opportunity to serve with compassion and help others? We seek patient and dedicated caregivers to assist adults with disabilities in their neighborhood home. Developmental Foundations, a family owned company providing quality residential services since 1986, is hiring Caregivers / DSPs at our home in Arcola, IL. What you can expect Network of support - trainers, nurses, supervisors, and co-workers A sense of belonging, connection, and caring Pay Starting at $15.00/hr + shift differentials $1.00/hr shift differential offered for 2nd shift $2.00/hr shift differential offered for 3rd shift $2.00/hr shift differential offered for weekends Benefits DSP training is provided and paid. Once trained, you will become a certified DSP and will be added to the Health Care Worker Registry (HCWR) Paid time off and paid vacation BCBSIL Health and Dental benefits, including free Vision coverage for employees 401k employer match DSP work qualifies for CNA license renewal Qualifications DSP or CNA experience beneficial, but not required Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, but not required Entry level position Requirements High school diploma/GED required Successfully complete background check Full-Time, 1st shift or 2nd shift, weekdays, weekends, and/or holidays Responsibilities Companionship Housekeeping and meal prep Assistance with medication Assistance with personal care, including bathing and toileting Ability to stay alert and responsive Interviews available immediately.
