A vital Clinical Nursing Liaison position for our West Columbia based home infusion service providing to various medical institutions in the Florence (primary location at MUSC Florence) and the Pee Dee area with primary responsibilities including: On-Site referral Coordination Patient Assessment Patient / Caregiver Education and Training Transitional Care Coordination from Hospital to Home Clinical Follow-up for Hospitalized and Recurring Patients Marketing & Educational Representation in the Hospital Settings In-home nursing care to include Central line care and maintenance Participate on the On-Call Team on a PRN basis Excellent Clinical Team Environment Pediatric Experience preferred Minimum of 2 years - Nursing experience Offer Competitive Salary and Benefits The major home infusion therapies include IV Antibiotics, IV Fluids, Parenteral Nutrition, Pain Management, Inotropic Therapy, and general Catheter Care. Preferred previous work experience include, but not limited to: infusion therapy skills, central venous access devices, pediatric experience, RN case management / home health / hospice experience. ***Interviews may/will be conducted telephonic, virtual and/or require travel to our West Columbia office.
