Responsibilities: Resolve telephony service problems and create sustainable relationships with customers. Complete documentation and time tracking within ticketing system. Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve simple to complex issues. Assist with telecom installation configurations remotely. Ensure overall customer satisfaction and high-quality customer experience. Qualifications: Minimum of two years of related experience or equivalent education (Associate's or bachelor's degree). Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of VoIP phone environments. Must have a strong dedication to customer service.
