A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BRANCH REPRESENTATIVE As a Branch Representative, you play an essential role in upholding our high standards of customer service by assisting members with their financial needs. You are responsible for identifying the needs of members and educating them on our products. Using your exceptional member service skills, you provide information on different promotions and eligibility requirements for membership as well as cross-sell additional products and services. You also perform routine transactions, which include opening new accounts, IRA accounts, certificates of deposit, and line of credit advances as well as issuing new ATM cards or VISA debit cards.In addition, you respond to all member requests or questions in a timely manner and ensure you are always providing accurate information. When appropriate, you counsel members on money management techniques and other financial matters. You provide vehicle information according to blue book value and answer questions regarding our consumer loans and policies. Using your exceptional organizational skills, you complete reports and records with accurate data as well as prepare loans and supporting documents.You ensure that everything you do is in compliance with regulations and that you maintain a working knowledge of any updates to policies or our products and services.
