Human Resource Specialist -Bi-Lingual 1099 Contractor- 2-4 month project Rate: Based upon experience *Work from home flexibility Large employer is looking for a 1099- Human Resources Specialist Contractor . Candidate must be bi-lingual. The Human Resources Specialist will perform a HR/ payroll project for two- four months. Emphasis is on payroll reporting and confidential investigations. Travel is involved. Responsibilities : Reports, maintains, and monitors all workers' compensation case files; follows-up on open cases. Enters and/or verifies hours into timekeeping system in order to submit payroll. Maintains and coordinates employee relations. Other responsibilities as assigned. Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field or 5 years' experience in lieu of degree. Three or more years of relevant job experience Experience in a payroll /time & attendance Bi-Lingual in Spanish Confidentiality is a must! Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities with a high level of detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills within the organization (as well as externally) EOE
