Electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and maintenance. Work Hours: 40+ hours per week plus some call and weekend work. Pay: Up to $22.00/hr DOE Benefits: 10 Paid Holidays, Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, Company vehicle, Flexible work schedule, telephone and uniform Required Qualifications: 3+ years' experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Must pass drug and background screens Strong and thorough understanding of the workings of the home Professional pride in timeliness, quality of work, and getting it right the first time Must possess necessary power and hand tools to perform basic home maintenance (we provide some, you will need to supply the rest) Basic administrative, computer, and math skills to accurately prepare invoices and track paperwork Strength, balance, and agility to work at gutter-level heights, move around in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces
