ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The following description of work to be performed by this individual is not intended to be all-inclusive. Rather, it focuses on the major tasks that must be accomplished. There are many necessary activities to satisfy any of the following performance guidelines. Assist L&B team members with training and development related questions, including questions regarding the learning management system, GROW! Create transcripts from training videos and scripts to make learning content accessible and consistent Create and maintain backup storage for training and development content Audit, organize, and optimize learning and development files Coordinate and administrate "Pride & Purpose" new team member orientation Audit training content, sunsetting outdated content and publishing new content Identify new relevant learning content in GROW! content marketplace Manage learning content requests MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education Formal education in the area of human resources, business management, DEI, or equivalent experience Experience Experience using Microsoft Suite or Google Suite LFHI Competencies expected of all employees include: action oriented, communicates effectively, customer focus and instills trust. Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Curiosity to learn new things Self-motivated A service-oriented individual with a high energy, positive and friendly demeanor Ability to respond to continually changing priorities and coordinate multiple projects Strong customer service, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills Detail oriented Planning, organizing and time management skills Ability to read, write, speak and comprehend English Job Posted by ApplicantPro
