Position Summary: The AutoStore Technician/Operations Control Station Coordinator will manage activities and service of the AutoStore system as well as performing other Logistics duties. Primary Responsibilities: Have knowledge about all Autostore modules the SynQ system Actively run reports and clean-up activities required in SynQ Troubleshooting of technical malfunctions and performing root cause analysis to prevent future issues. Continuous analysis and elimination of sources of error and weak points Be an expert on AutoStore equipment supporting the robots and operating the system with a focus on minimizing downtime Hands-on robot repair and maintenance. Closely work with IM, Process Owners, and Leadership in all corrective actions and improvements to the Autostore Supporting the coordination of external maintenance and repair work Generate weekly/monthly reports and present to warehouse management the trends and deviations impacting the operations or delivery performance Secondary Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned. Perform Goods Receipts Process Customer orders (picking and packing) Participate in special Projects Daily housekeeping Qualified Experience / Skills / Training: Personal & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills Good teaching & facilitation skills Good time / resource management skills, which will ensure prioritization and planning of activities, while managing conflicting demand Good organizational skills Critical Thinking skills Is self-driven with a positive & proactive mindset, relates well with individuals at all levels and works as a team player Problem solving skills Professional Skills: Strong computer proficiency 2+ years experience in warehouse operations Experience utilizing SAP or equivalent material/operations management software Ability to capture and analyze material management data for decision making utilizing G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software. Willingness to work shifts Education: High School Diploma Licensure/Certifications: Manufacturer training certification preferred Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities: Ability to function and adapt in a fast-paced environment with flexibility Ability to understand and comply with Satair's Company Management System (CMS) Attention to detail Ability and willingness to work under pressure Demonstrated service orientation Ability to engage in dispute resolution and maintain positive relations Communication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages): Written and verbal fluency in English Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Technical Systems Proficiency: Ability to measure, calculate and accurately determine sums and numerical conclusions Demonstrated effective decision-making ability Demonstrated ability to properly operate electrical hand-tools and calibrated equipment Travel Required: 5% Domestic and International Eligibility: Authorized to Work in the US Able to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice Decision Making, Complexity: Decisions could impact the final product quality. To prevent non-conformances, the employee is required to assess the correct process and follow guidelines, as well as internal quality processes. Able to resolve simple issues without supervision.
