Job requires a self starter, self manager and someone who see task through to completion. You should have working knowledge of retail sales floor security to combat shoplifting. You will need to have an above average set of customer service skills that include how to handle difficult customers. If you thrive in a team setting and you can be the team member that everyone respects this will be an easy job. You must have excellent communications skills, both written and oral. You will need to be proficient with computers, Windows Office and keyboarding skills. Most importantly you must want to see the company thrive and succeed.
