Program Finance Analyst SI2 Technologies' (SI2) mission is to enable our country's warfighters to win by providing solutions to RF and survivability challenges. Job Description: As SI2's Program Finance Analyst ("PFA"), your primary responsibilities will be partnering with the Program Manager and CAMs/PLMs ("Cost Account Manager/ Product Line Manager") to assist in monitoring and reporting of actual and contract financial performance. The analyst will ensure that all required financial inputs (including reporting) are reviewed, analyzed, and submitted on time. Responsibilities include variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, and Estimate-at-Completion ("EAC") development. Additional responsibilities include learning and following compliance with internal performance measurement analysis and reporting. The individual will be responsible for providing the internal financial planning (e.g., bookings, sales, profit and cash forecasting and analysis) and billings as well as actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects. The individual will also gain exposure and assist in proposal activity, such as providing data to support Basis of Estimates, gate packages charts, etc. Examples of tasks: Finance support to Business Unit and Product Line Managers The PFA will provide monthly financial reports; track spending against budgets; develop, monitor and update EACs; and provide financial reports. Monitor contract funding levels, and as necessary, initiate limitation of fund (LOF) letters and/or funding requests through the Contracts team. Initiate work at risk forms, as needed. Produce Weekly and Monthly Internal financial reports and provide financial support during monthly Program Reviews. Support Billing team with monthly invoice processing, as needed. Support new Contract kick-off activities and briefing/onboarding of new PLMs. Support monthly program review meetings with PLMs and BU Leader Serve as a liaison between Operations and other corporate functions. Monitor Subcontractor funding levels/burn rates and prepare Requests for Subcontractor Actions (RSA) requests. Review, approve and track Program Purchase Requests. Provide contractual support by reviewing and approving contract funding modifications/de-obligations as well as contract close-outs. Support team to ensure timesheet access and accuracy by updating project work assignments in Costpoint. Provide support to CFO organization. Prepare and maintain live forecast and AOP and variance analyses. Prepare MTD, YTD and ITD financial reports for BUs. Assist with Month-end close (EACs, revenue recognition, analysis of direct costs, and preparation of cost accruals) Prepare Backlog and Waterfall reports. Prepare monthly Direct Labor Utilization reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance Strong skills in finance and accounting, MS excel, organization, task management, written and oral communication. 2 - 4 years of federal government contracting and program financial experience including long range forecasting, tracking costs to budget, and execution to schedule. Working knowledge of multiple types of contracts including FFP, CPFF, T&M, and IDIQ contracts. Knowledge of DoD contract processes, FAR, and DCAA audit and reporting methods. 0-2 years' experience with CostPoint. Skilled in ERP systems.
