Kimberton Whole Foods in Ottsville is hiring a part-time Produce Team Member! Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week. Please note: Kimberton Whole Foods does not hire seasonally. Availability: Opening and closing shifts are required for this position. Shifts are within a 7:00am-8:30pm timeframe. One weekend shift is required each week. Age Requirement: Must be 16 years or older. Location: Ottsville Kimberton Whole Foods Address: 4010 Durham Rd, Ottsville, PA 18942 Hourly Pay: $14.00-15.00 Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount after 60 days and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked. Daily Operations: Provide exceptional customer service to all. Receiving and stocking all incoming fresh produce and related items. Rotating fresh produce on a first-in first-out basis. Working in collaboration with the Produce Department head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the entire department. Follows the established KWF SOP for maintaining abundant, dynamic and fresh displays throughout the entire department. Understands KWF inventory management practices. Key Attributes: Good communication skills. Must be able to lift 50lbs+ repeatedly. Motivated to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced work environment. Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours.
