Full Time Contract Manager Job Description: Mid America Health is seeking a Dental Contract Manager to work Full Time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday), at the Department of Corrections in Cranston, RI. This position is a rewarding alternative to private practice dentistry and offers competitive compensation of $28+ per hour and full benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, generous paid time off, paid holidays, flex spending, and health savings account are available. The estimated hours for this position are 7:30am-4:00pm, however, as it is a managerial position, the hours could vary greatly. Candidates must have flexibility to accommodate this. Full Time Contract Manager Job Duties: Responsible for ensuring all dental clinics are in compliance with all accreditation standards and RIDOC policies and procedures through conducting audits, Quality Assurance reports and creation of action plans. In addition, this individual will be responsible for orienting new employees, ordering all dental supplies and maintaining the work schedule of all licensed dental professional. This individual will act as the liaison between the Department of Corrections and Mid America Health.
