Essential Job Duties: Assess the professional strengths and weaknesses of an individual while on the job. Plan and implement an individual job coaching strategy with each individual on your caseload. Discover what motivates individuals and assist them in utilizing that motivation in the workplace. Assist individuals in learning and excelling in their job functions. Plan and implement tools for individuals to succeed at work. Create and update records and reports on progress. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Effective and succinct written documentation. Experience with Google Suite is a plus. Ability to stay organized when dealing with multiple clients simultaneously. Prior experience working with people with disabilities. Upbeat, motivational attitude. Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma required Bachelor's Degree in Human Services is strongly suggested Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities.
