As a brand relations manager, you will be responsible for helping to grow our recreation and automotive offering and for managing relationships with our vendor partners. Using market research and data analysis, you'll assess your product lines to determine what changes and improvements should be made so that we can meet the needs of our neighbors. You'll work closely with our vendor partners and your teammates to ensure we're first to market with new productsThis is a permanent, full-time position at our offices in Wentzville, Missouri. We offer a flexible schedule and 8 hours of remote work per week. Travel: Occasional travel required for this role. Responsibilities Grow and maintain a deep understanding of and familiarity with our product lines, our neighbors, and the industry through research, real-world product experience, and collaboration with other experts at etrailer Maintain strong relationships with external vendor partners for assigned brands Tackle daily questions and issues associated with assigned brands and take action as needed Analyze product lines and market data to determine how best to meet neighbor demand Communicate effectively with teammates and vendor partners about issues and findings Experience and skills Experience with the recreation and automotive market, either personally or professionally 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - moderate level of skill in Excel required Exceptional relationship building and interpersonal skills Self-starter and quick learner who enjoys thinking critically Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong project management and organization - able to efficiently manage workload and reprioritize tasks and projects as needed Exceptional attention to detail Ability to interact professionally with vendor contacts and other team members Ability to work well independently and within a team Bachelor's degree in business, economics, communications, or related field preferred About you You're a people person who's passionate about leveraging relationships to get stuff done. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you alternate between time spent collaborating with others and time alone completing deep work. You enjoy applying data analysis and market research to make informed decisions and find creative solutions. Your work is meticulous, and you have strong communication skills (in writing, in person, and over the phone). You welcome critical feedback and input from a variety of perspectives on your work. How you'll grow You'll have plenty of opportunity for real-world product experience, both by testing out products in our photo, demo, and install bays and by borrowing products for your own personal adventures. You'll work with new and different brands as we bring in new product lines to grow our offering. You'll build relationships with our vendor partners, as well as experts and enthusiasts in other departments.
