Metas is a full-service consulting firm focused on implementing public health and information technology (IT) solutions for our clients. We specialize in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, SharePoint Design and Transformation, Capacity Building and Technical Assistance, Evaluation, Strategy, and Population Health Strategies. Job Description: Metas Solutions seeks a Summer Intern to support internal and client related projects in our Atlanta, GA office. We are looking for an innovative thinker who can work independently with very strong organizational and communication skills. A successful candidate will be prepared to support a hybrid environment - working remotely (or from home) as well as in person at the Metas headquarters. Responsibilities: Provide full range of technical and administrative support to Metas staff on a variety of tasks Maintain and manage documents in the designated document management system Coordinate meetings (in person and virtual) using Teams, Zoom, and other report tools Skills and Qualifications: Recent graduate or current college/university student (Bachelors or Masters degree) Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PPT, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint Strong and effective communicator with ability to express information to individuals or groups effectively while considering the audience and nature of the information Excellent attention to detail, curious, takes initiative, and flexible Enthusiasm and sharp interpersonal skills are a plus Ability to deliver high quality work in a timely fashion Physical Requirements: Ability to perform the essential job functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
