Title: People & Culture Coordinator Supervises : None Reports to: Senior Director, Corporate People & Culture General Purpose: The People & Culture Coordinator serves as the owner of all teammate data including recruiting, teammate engagement and reporting. With a primary focus creating the best teammate experience through the life cycle, the People & Culture Coordinator is responsible for complying with the labor laws at all levels and assists in developing and managing internal processes, People & Culture (P&C) projects and programs to ensure overall compliance. Specific Responsibilities Onboarding Enters new hire information into ADP Workforce Now and electronically files all teammate documentation and personnel files. Communicates with managers about new hire approvals and maintains all teammate documentation. Makes various system changes including department codes, supervisor updates and performance reviews. Recruiting Manages all current job postings for all locations and updates on the Company's website. Posts various positions to job boards, with community partner agencies and with other established Centers of Influence. Makes recommendations to current processes, evaluating pricing bundles and optimization. Manages and updates job descriptions and job postings, according to Brand standards. Develops and owns documenting departmental processes and procedures. Communicates with properties and P&C leaders regularly to ensure timely job postings and to collaborate on effectiveness. Creates and shares basic and complex reports based on a variety of People & Culture related items such as open positions, days to fill, recruiting sources, applicants received, EEO data, etc. Participates in P&C department conference calls and meetings; shares updates regarding recruitment process. Teammate Engagement Completes all teammate birthday gift certificates on a monthly basis and distributes them. Coordinate external experiences with the property People leaders for existing teammates focused on diversity and inclusion (local community and organization events, parades, etc.). Provides general guidance for coordinating the property onboarding experience for all new teammates in coordination with Training and Development. Promote stay-at-work initiatives currently in place (referral bonus, penguin perks, DailyPay, etc.) and suggest new programs designed with the purpose of educating new teammates and retaining them. Develops and initiates communication plans, updates and suggests content for teammate monitors, posters, etc., in accordance and in collaboration with the Brand team. Reporting Develops reporting schedule such as ACA lookback, and performance reviews and forwards that information to P&C property leaders. Assists P&C leaders and company managers with creating requested reports. Analyses and communicates P&C data, as requested. Determines and coordinates data sets for measuring initiatives, teammate participation and enhancements. Other Participates in P&C department conference calls and meetings. Supports and assists in various P&C projects and initiatives. Serves as general backup for the People & Culture Assistant, Administration and Benefits. Qualifications A strong administrative aptitude with attention to detail is required. Prior Human Resources experience or Temporary Staffing experience in a high-volume environment is preferred. Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability. Strong attention to detail is essential; excellent multi-tasking ability is required. Must be able to work independently, with little supervision, under pressure, and on short deadlines. Effective communication skills are required. Read, write and speak English fluently; bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Critical Thinking and Analysis General knowledge of administrative applications and strong computer skills is required. Education/Formal Training: College or equivalent work experience preferred Computer literate Prior Human Resources or Temporary Staffing experience, preferably in a hotel environment is required. Travel Requirements Some travel between properties and networking events may be necessary. Infrequent, long-range travel to conferences, etc. may be required. Physical Requirements Light physical work Primarily seated or standing in an office environment, utilizing general office equipment 21c Museum Hotels is an equal opportunity employer.
