Position Details : The Commercial Maintenance Sales Representative's main objective is to drive revenue growth through new sales & business development. This is done through prospecting potential customers, cold call activities, and meeting with decision makers of a commercial facilities to understand their needs and discuss solutions that will save them money on their owning and operating costs. The ideal candidate has a natural desire to succeed, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has demonstrated success in consultative selling through building genuine business relationships. Responsibilities Include : Meeting with business owners, facility managers or other top-tiered decision makers to review and discuss their HVACR needs. Designing custom tailored solutions to fit the client's needs. Selling the company's products and services to existing and new clients. Maintaining excellent working relationships with existing clients. Prospecting potential clients to develop new working relationships. Generate reviews and referrals from existing clients. Required Qualifications : Exceptional sales skills and aptitude. Naturally skillful with math and basic calculations. Professional appearance and manner. Must be self-motivated and results oriented with the ability to meet and exceed goals. Works successfully with minimal supervision. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office software /programs.
