Title: Program Manager - SME TS SCI Location: Work at off-site office location or home office within 15 miles of Arlington, VA *** MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON-SITE DAILY *** Clearance Level: TS SCI Summary/Description: Must have at least three years of experience performing work consistent with the duties outlined above and a bachelor's degree. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. The tasks for this position include, but are not limited to: Public speaking - capable of delivering briefs, speaking in meetings in person and online, and giving presentations. Building documentation, reviewing data, and providing impartial assessments in support of budget preparation. Maintaining and analyzing planning, scheduling, budget, and management data. Studying, analyzing, and providing recommendations on requirements, acquisition strategies, program documentation, program phase transition plans, supplemental information, and program execution. Providing impartial assessments of programs approaching key decision points as well as prime Contractor technical and operational issues. Researching and analyzing program trends, identifying issues, and recommending solutions. Making recommendations on the allocation of funding; establishment of program goals, objectives, and schedules; and the formulation of program direction. Tracking compliance with stated program direction and identifying issues. Identifying and researching programmatic issues and tradeoffs in terms of required capabilities, costs, and schedules. Handles confidential and classified (TS) information, correspondence, and communications. Any other tasks closely associated with the performance of duties list above and as coordinated with the COR. Required Education and Skills: BA/BS in a related field and 3+ years of relevant work experience. Additional requirements: All computer-based communication/office IT tools and ability to learn software packages including, but not limited to, the following: Microsoft (MS) Office Suite - Word, Power Point, SharePoint, Excel, TEAMS; Adobe (both reader and Pro).
