Based on rounds and resident conditions, complete assessments as needed. E valuate the daily staffing needs and assignments and make suggestions if needed. Ensure all reports and forms are completed as required and participate in care plan meetings as requested. What you need as a Registered Nurse Unit Manager Must be fully licensed through the state as a Registered Nurse (RN) Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in R N work About our parent company Guardian Healthcare Guardian Healthcare is both our name and our philosophy.
