Description:
A Substation Technician is assuring that substation equipment is properly operating and maintained to provide continuous and dependable electrical service. Perform shop and field tests, repair and maintenance of substation equipment for continuous operations of stations. Experience in line work, including distribution and transmission is preferred. Basic knowledge of switches, breakers, reclosers, fuses, relays, and transformer operation are a plus.
