We, at RQC, LLC., are looking for Mechanical Project Engineer (MPE) candidates to join our Mechanical and Plumbing Division located in Norfolk, VA area. Our Mechanical PE's are responsible for for providing support for all assigned activities and phases of a mechanical construction project from conceptual development to final completion, usually through administrating, organizing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring processes. Local candidates (to the greater Jacksonville, NC area) will be given priority, though relocation will be considered. Pay range, depends on experience: $55K-$70K annually. Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits also available. Qualifications include: A high school diploma or GED is the minimum formal education required for this position. Exposure to field or mechanical trade work experience with mechanical systems desirable. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required. Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit) preferred. CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour Certifications required. Training can be provided. LEED GA credential desirable.
