YOUR DAY AS A BAKERY ASSISTANT MANAGER We're open 7 days a week, so as a full- or part-time employee you work a variety of shifts based on need. As a Bakery Assistant Manager, you're the go-to person for ensuring everything runs smoothly. Schedule-making is your jam, and you're always on top of employees' availability and shift changes. Any hiccups along the way, like a sick employee? No problem! You handle the situation with ease and agility. You're also a people person.
