Up to a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Burnsville Carefree Living is looking for a Nurse Manager (ADON) to join our growing and established Assisted Living community in Burnsville, MN. Carefree Living is a division of Spectrum Health Companies - a Minnesota-based, statewide, community health care provider of Assisted Living, Memory Care, Home Care and Independent Living services. SCHEDULE: Full-time, primarily Monday - Friday, day-shift hours with additional hours based on community and client needs. Position includes an on-call rotation every 3rd weekend. SALARY : Depends on experience. DUTIES: Selected candidate will provide direct nursing services to clients and through the coordination of all disciplines involved in client care, as assigned by the Manager. Responsible for resident outcomes, ensuring appropriate care, assessment of resident needs and modifying the care plan as needed. Selected candidate will communicate effectively with resident/family, physicians, and other disciplines regarding plan of care. Assist each resident to reach and maintain his or her highest level of performance and independence. QUALIFICATIONS: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred, but not necessary. Experience in long-term care and/or assisted living required. Prior supervisory experience or case management preferred. Position requires candidates to have a high level of proficiency in general computer programs including Microsoft Excel and Word. Candidates will be subject to a criminal background study and must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
