Hopewell Federal Credit Union is currently searching for a highly motivated and professional individual to fill the role of afternoon Receptionist. This position is part time, offering up to 20 hours per week. This position is part-time and will be for afternoon hours during the week and some Saturday hours. All candidates must have basic computer skills, knowledge of word-processing programs and data-entry experience. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical and receptionist duties. During office hours the receptionist receives and screens telephone calls and visitors to the Credit Union. The receptionist will record and relay messages to the appropriate staff members and provides administrative information to credit union personnel and perform miscellaneous support functions as assigned. The receptionist projects the credit union's professional image to all new and existing members. M-F 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. and Every other Saturday EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school graduate or equivalent. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Basic understanding of business service functions. Knowledge of related computer applications. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous related experience helpful. SKILLS/ABILITIES: Typing abilities. Excellent phone skills. Good communication and public relations skills. Well organized and attentive to detail. Willing to cooperate with and assist others. Able to use PC, printer, phones, and basic business equipment.
