TAX ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT SUMMARY: ASEA is a growing multinational company looking for an entry level Tax Administrative Assitant to join its team. The Tax Administrative Assistant assists the VP of Global Tax and Tax Manager in fulfilling the responsibilities of the ASEA tax function. This position offers an exciting opportunity to simultaneously learn international tax and sales tax. In addition, the position offers much opportunity for upward career growth. RESPONSIBILITIES: Run sales and payment reports for international tax filings and provide them to international consultants. Pull and prepare reports for the filing of state sales tax returns. Assist the tax department in pulling data in the audit defense functions as needed. Manage tax return filing calendars. Provide support for incoming tax questions and requests. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel College degree preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and prioritize to accomplish goals and meet deadlines A positive attitude and everyday commitment to growth Job Posted by ApplicantPro
