Experience: 1 or more years of Customer Service and Office Administration Skill Level: Performs a variety of tasks to support the Commercial Service Team Secondary telephone contact for all Commercial customers during the service process: includes updating customer records, setting up appointments, and following up with customers on a variety of issues Processes Inspection Reports from techs Back up for processing invoices Set up Commercial Service Agreements and RoofShield Service Maintenance Agreements Complete Happy Calls within 2 days of completing service Responsible for Processing and Reconciling Outstanding AR Supports leadership and coworkers while maintaining the mission, vision and beliefs of GSM services Represents the company through telephone customer contact: Answers calls, sets Commercial service and repair appointments, and sets annual maintenance or customer warranty service appointments Ensure equipment and filter information is correct and updated in ESC Make Happy Calls on every maintenance visit, service call and repair to ensure that customer is 100% satisfied with service Also confirm that the customer did receive the invoice and any corresponding quotes Report via email any issues or negative experience with Service Operations Manager so they can be handled immediately Report any Excellent Feedback that goes above and beyond normal positive feedback so technicians and staff can be properly recognized (WOW MOMENT) 3rd in the phone Que for Incoming Commercial Calls Payroll Processing Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Knowledge of customer service principal and practices Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as scheduling, spreadsheet, database, and word processing software Skill in verbal and written communication Must be able to read and write to High School Level Must have High School Diploma or GED Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
