Packaging Operator-All shifts Position: Full time . Responsibilities: Operate state-of-the-art packaging equipment, including labelers, fillers, and sealers Ensure that all products are properly packaged and labeled according to customer specifications Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet our rigorous quality standards Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment Work with a team of passionate individuals who are dedicated to excellence Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Some experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain focus for extended periods of time Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to make a difference in the world Ability to: Work in extreme cold and hot (120 F) environment Comprehend oral and written English instruction Lift 55 pounds and drive fork truck in safe and efficient manner Follow established policies and procedures Operate and maintain chemical processing equipment Exhibit manual dexterity, perceptual speed and extent flexibility Adopt to rapidly changing priorities based on business needs Pass pre-employment physical with drug screen and physical capabilities test
